PM Modi’s 75th Birthday: What BJP Has Planned Across India

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday on September 17, 2025 with a series of health, welfare, and development initiatives across India. These programmes fall under the "Sewa Pakhwada" campaign, which will run from September 17 to October 2, coinciding with Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary.

Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs in Delhi

In the national capital, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) will upgrade healthcare centres into Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs. On Modi's birthday, 41 centres will be inaugurated, with a plan to set up 300+ units in total. At present, over 150 centres are operational, with another 50 expected to be completed by next month.

Amit Shah to Inaugurate Key Development Projects

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will launch 15 major development projects at Thyagraj Stadium, including:

Hospital blocks

Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs

Dialysis centres

Drone deployment for policing

Waste-to-energy plants

Women and Child Welfare in Madhya Pradesh

From Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi will launch the "Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar" scheme along with the eighth National Nutritional Month.

Nearly 10 lakh women will receive direct benefit transfers under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana.

The "Suman Sakhi Chatbot" will provide maternal and child health information in rural areas.

As part of the sickle cell anaemia campaign, the 10 millionth Sickle Cell Screening and Counselling Card will be distributed.

State-Specific Programmes

Maharashtra: The BJP will conduct 1 lakh cataract surgeries and provide eye check-ups for 10 lakh people. Free spectacles will also be distributed.

Odisha: The state will plant 75 lakh saplings on September 17 to mark the PM's birthday with an environmental initiative.

Varanasi: Projects worth ₹111 crore will be launched, reinforcing Modi's development vision for his constituency.

PM MITRA Park and Economic Growth

In Dhar, PM Modi will inaugurate the PM MITRA Park, boosting the textile industry under the Farm to Fibre, Factory to Fashion initiative. This project reflects his long-term commitment to economic growth and employment generation.
