Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, PM Modi wrote a heartfelt tribute, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed Shri Ratan Tata Ji as a visionary business leader and an extraordinary human being. Modi emphasized Tata's stable leadership of one of India's oldest and most prestigious business houses, noting that his influence extended far beyond the corporate realm.
The Prime Minister highlighted how Ratan Tata endeared himself to many through his humility, kindness, and unwavering commitment to improving society. Modi's remarks reflect the deep respect and admiration for Tata's lasting impact on both the business world and the community at large.
In a tweet thread, PM Modi wrote, "One of the most remarkable qualities of Shri Ratan Tata Ji was his commitment to dreaming big and his dedication to giving back. He actively championed various causes, including education, healthcare, sanitation, and animal welfare, among others."

Ratan Naval Tata, the respected industrialist and former chairman of Tata Sons, passed away at the age of 86 on Thursday at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai, following a sudden drop in blood pressure that necessitated his transfer to the intensive care unit. Although he had been admitted earlier for routine health evaluations, Tata had reassured the public about his condition on social media, stating that there was "no cause for concern." Harsh Goenka, Chairman of RPG Enterprises, confirmed Tata's death on X (formerly Twitter).
