PM Modi releases book on martyrs of CRPF

New Delhi, Oct 21: Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Wednesday released a book -- "Warriors Remembered" on the Police Commemoration Day.

The book is a commemoration of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty.

A copy of the book would be presented to the family member of every martyr by the CRPF formations across the country, an official communique said.

The prime minister, during the annual conference of the director generals of police in 2014, had desired that every police force compile the acts of bravery of its officers and men, so that they can inspire future generations.
