PM Modi In Haryana: Prime Minister Says Congress Wants To Crush Patriotism; Attacks Hooda Father-Son Duo
PM Modi in Haryana: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Palwal, Haryana, on October 1. He criticised Congress for its approach to caste politics, corruption, and reservations. Modi accused Congress of trying to divide the nation along caste and religious lines. He urged the people of Haryana to unite and vote for development in the upcoming state Assembly Elections.
"I have observed the grassroots politics of Haryana for a long time as an ordinary worker. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit various regions of Haryana for election campaigns and to meet the public. Today, this is my final rally of the election. You all have made this last rally even more special," PM Modi said at the rally.

PM Modi's Criticism of Congress
The Prime Minister accused Congress of hindering national unity by promoting casteism. He claimed that Congress aims to "crush patriotism" by creating divisions based on caste and religion. Modi highlighted issues like the delay in building the Ram temple in Ayodhya and not fully implementing the Constitution in Jammu and Kashmir as examples of Congress's failures.
"Congress kept every issue important for the country entangled... Congress did not allow Ram temple to be built in Ayodhya. Congress did not allow the Constitution to be fully implemented in Jammu and Kashmir. They deprived our sisters of reservation in Parliament and Assembly. Congress kept our Muslim sisters entangled in the problem of triple talaq. Congress did not solve the problems of the country and its citizens but instead used all its energy to establish its own family. I ask the entire country today. Congress has committed so many sins till today, and it still dreams of forming the government. The BJP supporters are patriots. They devise plans to mislead the patriotic people. Congress wants to crush patriotism from this country by propagating casteism, confronting one community against another," he said.
Unity Call for Haryana
Modi called for unity among Haryana's residents, urging them to vote collectively for India's progress. He reminded them that during Lok Sabha Elections, similar tactics were used by Congress but failed due to people's unity.
"Congress feels that the more there is a sense of unity, their victory gets more difficult. That is why Congress is doing new experiments to break the unity of patriots," he added.
Internal Conflicts Within Congress
The Prime Minister also touched upon internal conflicts within Congress, particularly affecting Dalit and backward communities. He mentioned reports about disagreements between Kumari Selja and Bhupinder Singh Hooda over ticket distribution as evidence.
"The people here are also seeing the conflict that is going on within the Congress in Haryana. The angriest with Congress are from the Dalit, backwards and deprived community. The Dalit community has also decided that they will not become a pawn to enhance the politics of the father and son," he said.
Haryana's Assembly elections are scheduled for October 5, with results expected on October 8. Modi's speech aimed at consolidating support by highlighting development over divisive politics.
