Mumbai, Feb 4: Dharmedra and Hema Malini may be the proud parents of their newly-wedded daughter, but what perhaps made their day was the august presence of BJP's Prime Ministrial candidate and Gujarat's Chief Minister-Narendra Modi at the wedding.

Blessing the newly wedded couple-Ahana Deol and Vaibhav Vora-were other dignitaries too, which included big shots from the business, entertainment and the political spheres.

The guest list included diversified personalities like Baba Ramdev, Amitabh Bachchan, Amar Singh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Rekha. Sonakshi, along with her mother Poonam were also present.

Lyricist Javed Akhtar and wife Shabana Azmi, along with Shubroto Roy, Anil Ambani with his wife Tina, Jeetendra, Anupam Kher with wife Kirron and son Sikander too were present.

The wedding ceremony followed part-Tamil and part-Punjabi rituals as Ahana is half-Tamil and half-Punjabi. Her husband Vora, on the other hand, is Punjabi.
