Phalodi Satta Bazaar Forecasts Big Win For Congress: Exit Polls Echo Similar Sentiments
The voting for the Haryana Assembly elections has concluded, and multiple channels and survey agencies have released their exit poll results. According to the majority of these surveys, there is a strong indication that the Congress party could form the next government in the state. Alongside these predictions, much attention has also turned towards the Phalodi Satta Bazaar to gauge its stance on the election outcome.
Haryana has a total of 90 assembly seats. In this election, apart from the BJP and Congress, alliances such as Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) & the Aam Aadmi Sangharsh Party and the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) & the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) have also contested. However, according to a report by Zee, the primary competition appears to be between the BJP and Congress, with other parties seemingly struggling to maintain their presence.

The latest estimates from the Phalodi Satta Bazaar suggest that the BJP may secure between 22 to 24 seats. This projection implies that it may be difficult for the BJP to retain power in the state, a significant setback for the party. On the other hand, the Satta Bazaar anticipates that the Congress could win 57 to 59 seats, generating excitement within the party.
Exit polls also point to a similar outcome, with the Poll of Polls predicting that Congress is likely to win 54 seats, while the BJP could secure 27 seats. The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) may win three seats, and other parties are expected to take 6 seats.
While this situation could be discouraging for the BJP, it brings positive news for the Congress. However, it is important to remember that both betting markets and exit polls can be inaccurate, and the final results, due to be declared today, may differ from these projections.
