The protesters demanded a probe alleging the MP's role in the attack and an explanation from the BJP leader. During the protest, traffic was halted in the area as protesters were sitting on the road.

Earlier the day, the Delhi police arrested four assailants from and outside the Parliament. According to the videos from Lok Sabha, two men jumped from the viewers gallery into the area where MPs sit, and tried to run towards the speaker's chair.

The video shows that an accused busted color bombs that released yellow gas before they were caught first by the Members of the house, then by security guards.

According to the reports, six people, including five men and a woman, were involved in the Parliament security breach. Police has arrested four accused and two are absconding.
