Paris attack is disservice to Islam: Omar Abdullah
Srinagar, Jan 8: Outgoing Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said the attack on the office of French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo was a disservice to Islam.
"Nobody does a bigger disservice to Muslims & Islam then the those who go around murdering people in the name of my religion(sic)," Omar wrote on micro blogging website Twitter.
At least 12 persons including 10 journalists and two policemen were shot dead by three armed assailants in the worst attack in France in four decades.
