Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha to skip Honeymoon? Here's Why

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and her husband AAP MP Raghav Chadha might skip their honeymoon owing to their work commitments.

Following their lavish Udaipur wedding, actress Parineeti Chopra and her husband, politician Raghav Chadha, are ready to return to their professional commitments, forgoing a holiday for now. The actress, who took an extended hiatus for the wedding celebrations starting from Delhi, will now resume her work with full vigour.

A source close to the couple revealed that Chopra intends to fulfil her work commitments prior to flying off to enjoy some precious moments with her spouse. "At the moment, Parineeti is spending some quality time with her new family, her in-laws in Delhi, and will soon head back to work in Mumbai. She will resume her work schedule, which includes promotion activities of her upcoming film Rani MissionGanj, Also, Raghav has a lot of things lined up with the winter session in Parliament, which is expected to start between November and December," the source was quoted saying.

The wedding celebrations of RagNeeti in Udaipur were extravagant, with themes of pearl-white. The festivities encompassed a haldi, mehendi, sangeet night, wedding ceremony and reception. Following this, they returned to Delhi where they were warmly received with drums and photographers.

The source informed the Hindustan Times that the newly-weds have put their honeymoon on hold. "They have pushed everything to a later date due to shraddhs (starting September 29). That's also why they thought of not taking a break and going on a honeymoon. They have pushed all their plans. Meanwhile, Pari is using this time to get to know her extended family and is loving the warmth she's getting from everyone."

Parineeti and Raghav shared a long-distance relationship before they officially tied the knot. After marrying, the actress will predominantly settle in Delhi. She has decided to divide her time between Delhi and Mumbai for her work commitments. Parineeti is happy about the new change in her life.

Raghav Chadha and Parineeti announced their engagement in May this year. They have been acquaintances since their time studying together in London. But it was only during the shooting of the film Chamkila in Punjab that their romantic relationship took off. Raghav and Parineeti who initially visited on set as friends, soon began started dating each other.
