PAN Cards To Have QR Code Soon: Cabinet Approves PAN 2.0 Project

The Indian government has taken a significant step towards enhancing the functionality and security of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) card system. The Union Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has sanctioned the PAN 2.0 project, as revealed by Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
