Pakistan: FIR against toddler for decoity, snatching

Saud, the toddler, was named by Arshad who allegedly had a property dispute with his mother, according to an IBNLive report. Arshad registered a complaint against him at the Daulat Gate police station in Multan, reported a Pakistani TV channel.
The case came to light when the mother approached the court and informed it about the incident. ON seeking explanation from the police station, an embarassed senior police official said," We have suspended the SHO and are investigating the matter. It is a very embarrassing for the police department because the SHO should have first confirmed the age of the person against whom the FIR was registered and also called him to the station for questioning."
Throwing light on the incident was the child's mother when she said that Arshad had registered the case as she was not willing to sell her property to him. She said,"He went to the police station and in connivance with the SHO registered the FIR to pressurise our family."
