OneIndia Exclusive | Binita Devi, Small Eatery Owner, Shares Her Ideas As Jharkhand Goes To Polls
In the year 2000, when the state of Jharkhand was separated from Bihar, the development of the tribals of the state was called the biggest reason behind the bifurcation.
Parties like Jharkhand Mukti Morcha rose through this struggle for statehood.

OneIndia is exclusively reporting from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, giving you a 360 degree view of what's happening on the ground. Our correspondent, Pankaj Mishra, spoke to a woman entrepreneur, Binita Devi, who runs a small hotel in the city.

Interestingly, the eatery is named 'Munda Hotel', getting the moniker after freedom fighter Birsa Munda - a demigod among tribals in the state.
Running her business for 15 years now, Binita Devi spoke on a lot of issues and shared her expectations from the upcoming polls.
When asked if her area faces electricity or water-related issues, Binita firmly said that she has no complaints regarding the two.
"We vote as per our wish and don't get deceived by anyone. No matter whoever wins, they should pay attention to the demands of the people. That's enough," said Binita.
