1 killed, 3 injured in group clash in UP
Sitapur, Aug 14: A man was killed and three others injured when two groups allegedly clashed over land dispute in Umaria village near Kamlapur here, police said today.
The incident happened yesterday when Patiram and his associates were working in fields, where Banshi and his aides arrived, they said.

The two group indulged in altercation over some land dispute which later turned violent.
They attacked each other and also opened fire, police said. Patiram and three others suffered bullet injuries and one of them, Premkumar, was declared brought dead in hospital, police said.
Kamlapur Station Officer AP Mishra said investigations have started, and Banshi and his aides were at large while the body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
