One army jawan killed, two injured in Pulwama
Srinagar, Aug 4: An army soldier was killed and two others were injured tonight in a firing incident in Tral area of south Kashmir's Pulwama district, police said.
A firing incident took place in Noorpora area of Tral, 35 kms from here, at around 9.00 pm when a unit of 42 Rashtriya Rifles of the army was on patrol duty, a police officer said.
One soldier was killed while two others were injured in the incident, he said, adding the source of firing was being ascertained.
