On first day as CM Yeddy shakes intelligence ranks

Four IPS and IAS officers have been transferred by CM Yeddyurappa within six hours of taking oath on Thursday. Amid political drama, CM Yeddyurappa has shaken up intelligence ranks.

Sri Amar Kumar Pandey, Additional Director General of Police, Railways, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further order as ADGP Intelligence, Bengaluru.

Sandeep Patil, Director General of Police, KSRP, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further order as DIG Intelligence, Bengaluru.

D Devaraj, Bidar Superintendent of Police, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further order as, DCP Central Division, Bengaluru city.

S Girish, Superintendent of Police Anti-Corruption Bureau, is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further order as, DCP Northeast Division, Bengaluru city.

Also, IAS officer M Lakshminarayana, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Public Ports and Inland, transferred with immediate effect and posted until further order as Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister vice IAS officer KL Atheeq, is transferred.
