OMG! Porn movie shown at Kerala bus stop, passengers run away

Kochi, June 18: In an embarrassing situation for many passengers at a bus stop in Kerala, porn movie was shown in the wee hours of Tuesday, June 16. A day after, a Reddit user 'dark0range' posted about the incident on Reddit/India.

According to 'dark0range', hundred of passengers were shocked and embarrassed when a pornographic video was broadcasted for more than 30 minutes. The incident took place at a bus stand in Kalpetta in Kerala's Wayanad district.

'dark0range' also claimed that passengers, who were present at the bus stop, had tried to switch off the television set but were unable to do so as no one could find the power source.

The user also informed that the operator's room was locked when the porn movie was shown. The user on Reddit also wrote, "Some even tried to put a cloth on the TV, but the sound couldn't be stopped. Mothers with their children, college girls and some others ran away."

Finally, a passenger found an iron rod and struck down the power cable. Passengers were finally relieved as the embarrassing drama came to an end at the bus stop.

Meanwhile, police sources informed that the cable-operator has been arrested and he was reported to have confessed that he had plugged in the wrong pen drive which contained pornographic material.

The arrested cable-operator, who was produced before a court in Kerala on Wednesday, has been booked under section 292 of the Indian Penal Code (obscene and indecent advertisement and display), the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, and various sections of the Information Technology Act.
