Omar Abdullah takes dig at 'selfie circus' during PM's event

Srinagar, Nov 28: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday took a jibe at journalists who were seen taking selfies with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his Diwali Milan event, calling it an "undignified selfie circus".

"This is the media we expect will ask tough questions of this government? Great visuals of an undignified selfie circus!!!" Omar posted on Twitter.

The National Conference leader was referring to the visuals of journalists jostling with each other to have selfies with Modi at a Diwali Milan luncheon hosted by the Prime Minister in the national capital on Saturday.
