Compulsory Participation and Threats of Disciplinary Action

According to Abdullah, the participation of government employees is not optional but mandatory. Those who fail to comply face the threat of disciplinary action from their department heads. He highlights the challenging circumstances, with employees, including women, being asked to assemble in freezing temperatures as early as 4:30 am to 5:30 am.

Abdullah anticipates that the media will portray the rally as a massive gathering of enthusiastic supporters, but he asserts that the majority of attendees will not be there voluntarily.
