Protesting against Modi's visit, naxals attack railway station in Odisha
Recently, security forces had gun battles with the Naxals in Odisha's Chandamot and Tulsidongri region in which two Naxals sustained bullet injuries.
Over 30 Naxals attacked a railway station in Odisha's Doikallu area early on Friday morning, said reports.
Although there are no reports of any casualties so far, two explosions were heard during the Naxal attack.
The Naxals fled the scene after the attack but left behind two walkie-talkie sets, which have been seized by the police.
They have also left posters protesting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's upcoming Odisha visit on railway station walls.
Recently, security forces had gun battles with the Naxals in Odisha's Chandamot and Tulsidongri region in which two Naxals sustained bullet injuries. The police had also apprehended some of the Naxal sympathisers from the region.
