Odisha: Educationalist Janki Ballabh hangs self, leaves 16-page suicide note

Family members have said that Ballabh was under heavy mental pressure due to loan burdens.

Bhubaneswar: Noted educationalist professor Janki Ballabh Padhee was found hanging to a ceiling fan in his house at Brahmeswarpatna in Odisha on Thursday morning.

Police reached the spot and recovered a 16-page suicide note from the spot.

The brother-in-law who found the professor hanging in his bedroom is believed to have informed the police. Family sources said that Janki was under mental pressure due to loan burdens.

The police have launched a case under unnatural death case and also interrogating the family members to know a cause of the extreme step taken by a professor. The police is also going through the suicide note left by the Padhee tutorial owner.
