NTPC Recruitment 2025: Engineering Graduates Can Apply For Rs 1.4 Lakh Salary Jobs

The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited has begun the registration process for Engineering Executive Trainee positions. The recruitment drive aims to fill 475 vacancies across different disciplines.

Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official NTPC website: careers.ntpc.co.in. The last date to apply is February 13.

NTPC Recruitment 2025: Training And Job Role

According to the official notification, selected candidates will undergo one year of training at various locations. Their final posting will be decided after the training period. Candidates may be assigned to any NTPC project or station, including subsidiaries and joint venture companies.

The job involves shift operations at power plants, which includes night shifts. By applying, candidates agree to work in different shifts as required.

NTPC Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Details

The 475 vacancies are divided as follows:

• Electrical - 135 posts
• Mechanical - 180 posts
• Electronics/Instrumentation - 85 posts
• Civil - 50 posts
• Mining - 25 posts
• Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will be appointed in the E1 Grade pay scale of Rs 40,000 - Rs 1,40,000 per month, with a starting basic pay of Rs 40,000. Additional benefits, including Dearness Allowance, allowances, and terminal benefits, will be provided as per NTPC's rules during the training period and after permanent absorption.

NTPC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must have:

A full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE with at least 65 per cent marks (55 per cent for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024.
