Cancelled Day After Being Held, NTA Announces New Dates For Postponed UGC-NET Exam | Details Inside
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced important dates for UGC-NET exams.
Canceled the day after it was held on allegations of paper leak, the UGC NET exam will now be held between August 21 to September 4, 2024.

The exam will be computer-based, a shift from the earlier pen and paper format. The exam is crucial for candidates seeking lectureships and research fellowships in Indian universities and research institutions.

NCET 2024 exam to be conducted on July 10
Joint CSIR UGC NET to be conducted from 25 -27th July

On the other hand, CSIR NET (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test) exams will be held on July 25-27, 2024.
The new dates have also been announced for AIAPGET (All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test). The entrance test for this will be taken on July 6, 2024
Additionally, the UGC-NET-2024 exam for the selection of junior research fellows, assistant professors, and PhD scholars was conducted by the NTA on June 18, 2024, in two shifts across the country.
The exam was postponed after Centre said that the "integrity of the examination may have been compromised," as reported by PTI.
