NSA talks: Samajwadi Party backs Modi govt on the issue
Etah (UP), Aug 23: Samajwadi Party today backed the Narendra Modi government on the issue of NSA-level talks, saying that Pakistan's NSA's insistence on meeting separatist leaders was not right and talks and terrorism cannot go hand in hand.
"Pakistan's NSA Sartaj Aziz's insistence on meeting separatist leaders was not right and SP completely backs the Central government on this issue," party's national general secretary Ram Gopal Yadav told reporters here.
The SP leader also welcomed the Allahabad High Court order directing government servants to send their children to primary schools run by the state basic education board.
He said his party had always advocated "equal" right to education for all.
