NPCIL Recruitment 2025: Engineering Graduates Can Land Government Jobs Without Test, Here's How

The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), a government-owned company, has started the recruitment process for Executive Trainee posts in 2025, according to an NDTV report. This is a good opportunity for engineering graduates with a valid GATE score to get a government job without any written exam.

The application process is currently open on NPCIL's official website - npcil.nic.in. The last date to submit your application and pay the application fee is April 30.

There are a total of 400 vacancies in various engineering streams:

NPCIL Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must have:

1. A BE, BTech, BSc (Engineering) or a 5-year integrated MTech degree,
2. At least 60 per cent marks from a recognised university,
3. A valid GATE score from the years 2023, 2024, or 2025.

NPCIL Recruitment 2025: Age Limits (as per category)

General/EWS: up to 26 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): up to 29 years
SC/ST: up to 31 years

NPCIL Recruitment 2025: Salary And Benefits

During the training, selected candidates will get:

A monthly stipend of Rs 74,000
A one-time book allowance of Rs 30,000

After the training, they will be appointed as Scientific Officers (Group C) with a starting salary of Rs 56,100 per month, plus other government benefits.

GATE score
Personal interview

To qualify:

General category candidates must score at least 70 per cent in the interview.
