Now RSS calls for creating universally acceptable education model
Nagpur, Nov 26: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has called for creating a new education model acceptable to all, drawing from India's rich ancient past when the country was a great centre of learning.
People are not happy with the education system and there is a worldwide view that the ways of teaching and learning require a comprehensive change, Bhagwat said addressing a gathering of academicians here last night.

Over 250 eminent academicians and educationists from all over the country yesterday gathered for a two-day conference on 'Nationalist Education: Concept and Structure,' organised at Reshimbagg premises of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) here by Ahmedabad-based Punarotthan Vidyapeeth (Revival University).
Senior RSS functionary Suresh Soni also addressed the conference yesterday.
