According to news report in India Today, former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi is in no mood to vacate 1, Anne March bungalow-the official residence of Bihar CM.

The news report says that Manjhi has put a pre-condition to vacate the bungalow. He has asked Bihar CM Nitish Kumar to vacate the 7, Circular Road bungalow first.

"I have no problem in leaving 1, Anne Marg but Nitish must first vacate his bungalow," Manjhi was quoted as saying in the report.

While the Anne March bungalow is for serving Chief Minister of the State, the 7, Circular Road house, where Nitish is presently staying is meant for the former CM.

On Feb 20, Manjhi dramatically resigned from the CM post just ahead of a floor test.
