Three Arrested for Killing Contractor in Noida House
Three people, including a woman, were arrested in Noida for allegedly killing a 57-year-old contractor inside his house. The deceased was allegedly in an illicit relationship with the wife of the key accused.
In a shocking turn of events, three individuals including a woman were apprehended in Noida on Tuesday for purportedly murdering a 57-year-old contractor within the confines of his home. The local police revealed that the deceased, identified as Shashi Sharma, was allegedly embroiled in an extramarital affair with the wife of one of the accused who until two years ago shared amicable relations with him.

The body of Sharma was discovered inside his rented accommodation located at Janata Flats in Sector 40 on Monday morning. The presence of injury marks around his neck raised suspicions about foul play and subsequently led to a murder investigation. DCP Noida Harish Chander confirmed that Bharat Chauhan, Seema Devi (Chauhan's wife), and Raja Tiwari were arrested by ACP Rajneesh Verma-led team for their alleged involvement in this heinous crime.
The Motive Behind Murder
Upon further investigation, it emerged that Bharat and Sharma had come into contact last year and started residing in close proximity. However, after discovering Sharma and his wife together under questionable circumstances at his residence later that year, Bharat moved to another location. Recently he discovered ongoing communication between Sharma and Seema despite her previous apology for her actions which sparked off tension between them.
New Relationships Formed
Intriguingly enough during this period Bharat had established a tea shop where he met Tiwari - a student at a private university based out of Noida who frequented Bharat's stall leading to the formation of their friendship.
A Plot for Revenge
Bharath hatched up plans for revenge against Sharma which also involved other co-accused according to the police. On Sunday, the trio arrived at Sharma's residence ensuing a discussion which escalated into an argument leading Sharma to allegedly slap Seema. This incident provoked the three culprits who ended up slitting his throat in retaliation.
Court Proceedings
All three accused were presented before a local court on Tuesday, following which they were remanded into judicial custody.
In conclusion, this tragic event highlights the devastating consequences of personal conflicts and illicit relationships. It is a grim reminder that violence is never an answer to resolving disputes and serves as a call for society to adopt peaceful means of conflict resolution. The law enforcement agencies are commended for their swift action in apprehending the culprits and it is hoped that justice will be duly served in this case.
