Noida Schools Receive Bomb Threat Emails, Evacuations Ordered During CBSE Board Exams

Several schools across Noida were briefly thrown into alarm on Thursday after they received bomb threat emails, prompting immediate emergency action from authorities. The scare came at a sensitive time as CBSE board examinations were in progress, heightening anxiety among parents and school administrations.

Police Rush to Campuses

Police teams reached the schools soon after the alerts were reported. Bomb disposal squads and sniffer dog units were pressed into service, and officials began extensive searches of classrooms, corridors and open areas within the campuses.

Students and staff were shifted out of buildings and gathered in designated safe zones while security personnel conducted inspections. Authorities confirmed the threats had been delivered through email.

Students Moved to Safety

As a precautionary measure, school managements halted normal activities and prioritised evacuation. Teachers escorted children out calmly to avoid panic, while school authorities contacted parents and guardians about the situation.

Police said thorough checking operations were carried out and, as of now, nothing dangerous has been recovered from any campus. Search operations continued for several hours to ensure complete safety before allowing normal functioning to resume.

Investigators have started tracing the origin of the threatening emails. Cyber experts are examining technical details to identify the sender and determine whether the threats were a hoax or part of a larger attempt to create panic.
