The deceased has been identified as Aman Kumar, approximately 15 years old, from Sector 135. According to the police, Kumar died instantly at the scene of the accident. The two other students involved were promptly taken to a hospital, where they are currently recovering from their injuries.

Details provided by the police indicate that Pramod Sharma, along with his children, was in the car at the time of the accident. They were en route to a private hospital in Sector-27, where Sharma's wife has been receiving medical treatment for the past two days. Sharma is employed at a private motor company.

Additional DCP of Noida, Manish Mishra, stated that an investigation into the incident has been initiated. CCTV footage capturing the moment of the collision has been obtained, and a complaint from the deceased's family has been filed. Despite claims of multiple impacts leading to the teenager's death, initial examination of the CCTV footage suggests the collision was accidental. However, police are thoroughly investigating based on the family's allegations.

The driver of the car, identified as Sharma's 17-year-old son, has been detained by authorities, and their Maruti Swift vehicle has been impounded. The incident sparked protests from family members, schoolmates, and locals who demanded justice for Kumar. They staged a demonstration by placing his body on the road and chanting slogans calling for police action against those responsible.

Police reassured that legal proceedings are moving forward and emphasized that law and order in the area remain stable. This unfortunate event has drawn attention to concerns regarding underage driving and road safety measures.
