Noida: OMG! Now, Uber driver steals passenger's laptop
Noida, Feb 11: Uber once again made headlines and this time too for a wrong reason. Now, a driver working with Uber has been accused of stealing laptop from one of his passengers.
The incident took place in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A man, who has been identified as Himanshu Kaushik, said that he has been trying to contact Uber. However, he did not received any response from the company initially.

Himanshu reportedly booked an Uber cab. After travelling for a few kilometers, he reportedly asked the driver to wait for him, while he went to an ATM to withdraw money.
When he returned from the ATM, he could not find the taxi. Despite calling the driver several times, Himanshu did not receive any response from the driver as well.
Meanwhile, Himanshu realised that he lost his laptop which he had left in the cab. While speaking to media, Himanshu was quoted as saying, "Despite calling him a number of times there was no response from the driver's side. However, after 20 minutes he picked up the call and when I asked for the bag he disconnected it."
"When I complaint to Uber Delhi through my Twitter account there was no response from there side," Himanshu added.
However, Uber later responded to Himanshu's tweets and said, We'll escalate the issue to our ops team right away."
