No Sex For Eight Years? Indore Man Allegedly Murders Wife For Refusing Intimacy

In a shocking incident from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, police have arrested a 40-year-old man for allegedly murdering his wife after she refused to have physical relations with him for the past eight years.

The incident took place under the Aerodrome police station limits and has left the local community in disbelief.

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Shrikrishna Lalchandani, the woman died on January 9, and her husband initially claimed it was a natural death. However, the post-mortem report later revealed that she had died due to strangulation, proving that she had been murdered.

Husband's False Story and Confession

After the woman's death, the accused took her body to the Government Maharaja Yashwantrao Hospital and told doctors that she had fallen and hit her head after a sudden spike in blood pressure. His explanation raised suspicion among the medical staff, and a post-mortem was ordered.

When the report confirmed that the cause of death was strangulation, the police interrogated the husband. During questioning, he broke down and confessed to killing his wife. The man, who works as a mechanic, told police that his wife had refused to have sex with him for the last eight years, which had caused frustration and anger, ultimately leading him to commit the crime.

Police Investigation Underway

The accused was arrested on Sunday, and further investigation is ongoing. Police are now looking into the couple's relationship history and whether there were earlier complaints or disputes between them.

Authorities said that the case serves as a grim reminder of how unresolved domestic conflicts can escalate into violence. The body has been handed over to the woman's family after the post-mortem examination.

The police have assured that strict legal action will be taken against the accused as the investigation continues.
