No Modi, no support: Baba Ramdev
New Delhi, Sept 6: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev once again raised his voice for Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi but this time, threatening Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Ramdev said that BJP should announce Narendra Modi as their Prime Ministerial candidate for the upcoming 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

"Their is only one slogan in the country, bring Modi, save country (Modi lao desh bachao)," he said.

Yoga guru also said that he will rethink about his support to the BJP if Narendra Modi is not named the party's prime ministerial candidate.

"Their is only one slogan in the country, bring Modi, save country," he said.

Meanwhile, Modi too on Thursday said he did not dream of becoming the prime minister and people of Gujarat had given him the mandate till 2017.

RSS is backing Modi and asking senior leaders to declare Modi as PM candidate as early as possible. But senior BJP leader LK Advani and Sushma Swaraj oppose this move.

Advani and Shushma Swaraj are said to be against Modi's projection as they believe it would polarise the electorate and take attention away from the numerous failings of UPA government.
