No answer to this question: AIADMK on Amma’s Will

The AIADMK has refused to comment on its deceased party leader Jayalalithaa's Will.

"There is no answer to this question," said the AIADMK when asked about Jayalalithaa's Will. The party's spokesperson, C Ponniyan was asked if its deceased party supremo had left behind a Will for her properties worth Rs 113.72 crore.

Ponniyan was quick to tell reporters, "There is no answer to this question. When probed further, Ponniyan refused to comment on the matter and moved on to answering other questions.

There has been confusion over whether Jayalalithaa had left behind a Will. Some sources indicated that two years ago, she had prepared a document, which said that the Poes Garden residence would be inherited by her close aide Sasikala.

There is however no clarity if there were any changes made to the Will. The AIADMK has been tight- lipped about a Will. When asked if the Poes Garden, where Amma lived would be converted into a museum, he said it was a decision to be taken by the party high command.
