Nitish Kumar Goofs Up Again, Says May Narendra Modi Become "Chief Minister" | Watch Video
Addressing a public rally in support of senior BJP leader and candidate from Patna Sahib constituency Ravi Shankar Prasad, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar goofed up once again on stage. In his speech, Nitish Kumar said the alliance will win 400+ seats and Narendra Modi will become Chief Minister once again.
"Humaari ichha hai ki hum deshbhar me 400 se bhi zyaada seat jeeta, aur adarniya Narendra Modi ji fir mukhya mantri bane. Desh ka vikas ho, Bihar ka vikas ho, sab kuch ho (We wish to win over 400 seats across India and respected Narendra Modi should become chief minister again. Then India will develop, Bihar will develop, everything will happen)," Mr Kumar said.

Nitish was immediately interpreted by other leaders present on stage, who corrected him. Realizing his mistake, Nitish Kumar added that Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister, and may he keep moving ahead.
"Narendra Modi Pradhan Mantri toh hai hi. Hum toh keh rahe hai ki woh aage badhe. Hum yahi chahte hai (Narendra Modi is already the Prime Minister. I am saying that he will now move ahead. That is what I want)," Nitish Kumar said.
However, the 73-year-old's slip of tongue caught everyone's attention and video of the incident started doing round the internet.
This was not the first time that Nitish Kumar made on-stage mistakes. Earlier, in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bihar Chief Minister had said BJP will win 4 lakh seats instead of four hundred.
