Nitish Kumar condoles death of Congress leader Balram Jakhar

Patna, Feb 3: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Wednesday, Feb 3 expressed grief over the death of veteran Congress leader and former Lok Sabha Speaker Balram Jakhar.

In his condolence message, Kumar described Jakhar as a prominent leader, an efficient administrator and a social worker.

His death will impact not only politics but also the social arena, a statement from the Chief Minister's Office here said.

Kumar prayed for the family of the veteran leader. Jakhar, 92, passed away today.
