Nirbhaya horror redux: Woman gangraped, brutalized and murdered in Rohtak
Chandigarh, Feb 7: In an incident that brings back the memories of horrific December 16 Delhi gangrape case, a woman was raped and sharp stones inserted in her private parts before killing her in Rohtak district of Haryana.
The incident took place on Sunday at Bahu Akbarpur village of Rohtak.

According to media reports, the woman's body was found in a decomposed state without key organs on Wednesday. Police say sticks, stones and condoms were stuffed into her private parts.
Police said the 29-year-old woman was mentally challenged and belonged to Vardia district of Nepal. The police said she was undergoing treatment in Haldwani and came to Rohtak a few months back to visit her sister.
Meanwhile, police has lodged a case under different sections of IPC, including murder, rape and unnatural sexual act and destruction of evidence against unknown people.
The police have also announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh to whoever gives information related to the case.
Also, an SIT has been formed for investigation the case.
