NIOS Board Exams 2025 Rescheduled Over Bihar Assembly Polls, New Timetable Coming Soon

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has postponed the Class 10 and 12 examinations scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025, due to the ongoing Bihar Assembly Elections. The institute cited administrative and logistical reasons for the postponement, clarifying that the exams will not be held across India as planned.
According to the official NIOS notification, the Class 12 papers in Physics, History, Environmental Science, and Library and Information Science, along with the Class 10 paper in Painting, have been deferred. The revised exam dates will be announced shortly on the official NIOS website.

The NIOS Class 10 and 12 exams are scheduled to conclude on November 18, 2025.
