Night temperature increase in Rajasthan, no respite from cold

though there was no respite from shivering cold in the desert state.

Sole hill station Mount Abu recorded a low of 2 degrees Celsius, a MeT official said. Churu and Sriganganagar recorded a minimum of 2.2 deg C and 3.1 deg C, while Pilani, Bikaner, Jaislamer, Barmer and Jaipur recorded night temperatures at 3.6 deg C, 4.2 deg C, 5.5 deg C, 6.6 deg C and 7.2 degrees Celsius respectively.
