Niece wants to see Vajpayee give a speech again
Lucknow, Aug 16: Niece of ailing former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajapayee, who is on a life-support at Delhi's AIIMS hospital, has been praying for his recovery.

Kanti Mishra said, " I have been praying to god that just once I can see him give a speech again. Our family can never ever erase that image of his from our minds. I hope he gets well soon."
Meanwhile, prayers and 'havans' are being conducted for the former PM's recovery in states across the country. Special prayers are being offered forVajpayee's recovery at the Hanuman Mandir in Delhi's Connaught Place.
Prayers were held in at ND Convent Public School in Lucknow.
In the view of Vajpayee's critical health condition, the Party has suspended all its programmes including its National Executive meeting which was supposed to be held on August 18 and 19.
