New Delhi, Dec 30: Affairs intensified on Wednesday, Dec 30 with the capital's AAP government announcing a Commission of Inquiry to go into alleged irregularities there and Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley deciding to sue Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by slapping civil and criminal cases against him and five other AAP leaders in Delhi courts tomorrow.

Dec 20: New Delhi: The juvenile convict of the horrific December 16 gangrape case was today released and sent to an NGO after DCW's last ditch effort to block it through a stay order from the Supreme Court failed, prompting protests by the victim's distraught parents who assailed the Centre and Delhi government for failing to get them justice.

Dec 22: Mumbai: Chintan Upadhyay, estranged husband of artist Hema Upadhyay, was today arrested in the double murder case of his wife and her lawyer in suburban Kandivali here and sent to police custody till January 1 by a Mumbai court.

Dec 23: New Delhi: Cracking the whip, BJP today suspended its MP Kirti Azad, who has been leading a campaign against Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on alleged corruption in DDCA, charging him with indulging in anti-party activities and accusing him of "colluding" with Congress and AAP to bring it into "disrepute".

Dec 24: New Delhi: VIPs, women drivers, CNG-certified vehicles, two wheelers and those carrying the differently- abled are among 25 categories which will be exempted from the ambitious odd-even scheme set to roll out from January 1 for 15 days, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced today.
