The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG 2025 results. Candidates who took the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) can now access their scorecards on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The announcement also includes a list of the top 100 scorers for this year.

Delhi has emerged as a prominent region in the NEET UG 2025 top 10 ranks, with three candidates making it to the list. Among these are Mrinal Kishore Jha, Avika Aggarwal, and Harsh Kedawat. Gujarat and Maharashtra follow closely, each contributing two candidates to the top 10 ranks.

Top Performers Highlights

  1. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan achieved the highest rank with a percentile of 99.9999547.
  2. Following him is Utkarsh Awadhiya from Madhya Pradesh, who secured second place with a percentile of 99.9999095.
  3. Krishang Joshi from Maharashtra and Mrinal Kishore Jha from Delhi both achieved third place with a percentile of 99.9998189.
  4. Avika Aggarwal from Delhi ranked fifth with a percentile of 99.9996832.
  5. While Jenil Vinodbhai Bhayani from Gujarat secured sixth place with the same percentile.
  6. Keshav Mittal from Punjab held seventh position, also scoring a percentile of 99.9996832.
  7. Jha Bhavya from Gujarat ranked eighth with a percentile of 99.9996379.
  8. Harsh Kedawat from Delhi stood ninth with a percentile of 99.9995474.
  9. Aarav Agrawal from Maharashtra completed the top ten list with a similar percentile of 99.9995474.
  10. Rajasthan's Mahesh Kumar topped the NEET UG 2025 exam, highlighting his exceptional performance among candidates nationwide.

The results were compiled based on the final version of the answer key provided by NTA.

Maharashtra and Gujarat each have two candidates in the top ten ranks, showcasing their strong representation in this year's results. Meanwhile, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab each contributed one candidate to this prestigious list.

Final Answer Key and Exam Details

The NTA has also published the final answer key for NEET UG 2025. This year's exam featured four sets of question papers: Set 45, Set 46, Set 47, and Set 48. According to the final key, each set included two questions that had multiple correct answers.

The NEET UG results reflect diverse regional representation across India, underscoring academic excellence nationwide in medical entrance examinations.
