NEET PG 2025 Merit List Unveiled For All India Quota Admissions With Counselling Dates

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has unveiled the NEET PG 2025 merit list for postgraduate medical admissions under the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Candidates can now view their ranks and download AIQ scorecards from September 5, 2025, to engage in counselling led by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

On August 3, 2025, the postgraduate medical entrance exam took place, with results announced on August 19, 2025. Alongside these results, category-specific NEET PG cut-off marks were released. Those meeting or surpassing these cut-offs are eligible for AIQ counselling managed by MCC.

NEET PG Merit List Details

The merit list includes essential information such as roll numbers, application IDs, categories, NEET PG scores, overall ranks, All India Quota ranks, and category-wise quota ranks. This format offers candidates a clear understanding of their position in this national-level competition.

NBEMS has confirmed that AIQ scorecards will be accessible online from September 5, 2025. These scorecards will remain available for six months on natboard.edu.in. They will detail three crucial ranks: NEET PG Rank, All India Quota Rank, and All India Quota Category Rank.

State Quota Merit Lists

While NBEMS has issued the AIQ merit list, individual states and Union Territories will separately prepare merit lists for state quota seats. These lists will adhere to each state's eligibility criteria and reservation policies.

The AIQ scorecards provide three significant rankings: the candidate's overall merit position among all test-takers (NEET PG 2025 Rank), their standing among those eligible for AIQ counselling (All India Quota Rank), and their rank within their specific category (OBC, SC, ST, EWS) among those eligible for AIQ counselling.

Aspiring candidates aiming for MD, MS, Postgraduate Diploma, Post MBBS DNB, DrNB (Direct 6-year) courses and NBEMS Diploma programmes for the academic session of 2025-26 can verify their merit status on natboard.edu.in.
