NEET 2018 notification date: Expected by January

Candidates should note that NEET or National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination is the only entrance examination for admissions to medical and dental courses in the country.

The NEET 2018 notification would be released soon. The notification will come out in January 2018.

The tentative dates for release of online application forms are not available as yet. Interested candidates can check important instructions, tentative dates and other things to note.

Candidates should note that NEET or National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination is the only entrance examination for admissions to medical and dental courses in the country.

As per the Supreme Court ruling, admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate medical, dental courses in private, aided and government colleges would be done on the basis of the NEET examination. CBSE conducts the NEET UG examination while NEET PG is conducted by National Board of Education, NBE. NEET PG 2018 online application forms are already released and availabel on nbe.edu.in. CBSE would be releasing the NEET UG 2018 notification and online appplication forms tentatively in the month of January 2018.

Tentatively, CBSE is likely to release online application forms for NEET 2018 by Janaury 15 this year.
