NEET 2018 exam date: Here is what it is

When will the NEET 2018 exam be held. According to reports the date of the exam is likely to be in the month of May.

While earlier reports had suggested that the exam would be held on May 7, it is now stated that the exam would be held on May 6, the first Sunday in the month of May.

The CBSE is now finalising the process of the notification. There would also be no change in the syllabus this year.

Meanwhile, a notice undersigned by Sanyam Bhardwaj, joint secretary, CBSE states that the board "will conduct National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-UG, 2018 on May 6, 2018 (Sunday) for the admission in MBBS/BDS courses for all the seats of MBBS/BDS throughout the country except for AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry". The notice has been doing the rounds on the social media, but the board has not yet commented on the same.
