NEET 2018: Common paper in all languages, SC told
The NEET 2018 exam will have a common paper. It was submitted before the Supreme Court that there would be a common paper for all languages. The board gave this assurance to the Supreme Court.

It was also said that the common paper in English and Hindi would translated into all languages. It would be the same and there would be no changes, the SC was also told.
It may be recalled that there were protests galore during the NEET 2017 examination. The students taking the vernacular paper had alleged discrimination. It was said that the English and Hindi papers were easier compared to the rest.
A plethora of petitions were filed in the High Courts and Supreme Court seeking to quash the examinations. The matter was however resolved.
