NCVET Recruitment 2025: Apply For Young Professional Positions With Salary Up To Rs 2.24 Lakh; Details Inside

The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, has issued a notification for the recruitment of Young Professionals, according to an NDTV report.

Eligible candidates are invited to apply by visiting the official website, ncvet.gov.in, where detailed information can be found. The last date for submitting applications, both online and offline, is March 28, by 5:30 pm.

The NCVET, which was notified on December 5, 2018, serves as a non-statutory regulatory authority to oversee vocational training in India. It regulates both long-term and short-term vocational education and training across the nation. This body was formed by merging the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) and the National Skill Development Agency (NSDA). Its main role is to ensure the development of a highly skilled workforce through structured vocational education programs.

The selected candidates will be offered a salary ranging from Rs 1,82,000 to Rs 2,24,100 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

NCVET Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in human resource management, business management, public administration, skill development, higher education, or a related field. Individuals who are currently in government service are not eligible unless they have previously held high-ranking positions such as Additional Secretary or Joint Secretary to the Government of India, or an equivalent role in state or central government.

NCVET Recruitment 2025: Age Limit And Tenure

The Executive Member will serve a tenure of five years or until they turn 65, whichever comes first. To apply, candidates must be no older than 62 years of age as of the application deadline.
