National mourning in India for late former Singapore PM Lee Kuan Yew
New Delhi, Mar 29: The government has declared national mourning today as a mark of respect to the former Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew.
The national flag will be flown at half-mast throughout the country and there is no official entertainment today as Lee's funeral will be held in the island nation, an official statement said. [Lee Kuan Yew passes away: All you need to know about 'Founding Father of Singapore']

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is attending the funeral in Singapore.
91-year-old Lee, Singapore's founding father who dominated the country's politics for more than half-a-century, died of severe pneumonia on March 23.
