Nashik: School-van driver arrested for sexually abusing 5-yr-old girl

Nashik, Sep 22: City police have arrested a 30-year-old school-van driver for allegedly sexually abusing a five years old girl.

The accused was identified as Swapnil Kishor Junnare, resident of Ashok Nagar, Satpur. He was arrested last night.

Junnare, who ferried children to school and back, allegedly lured the victim by offering a chocolate and took her to a garden in Krishi Nagar yesterday afternoon and abused her sexually, said the police sub-inspector Sarita Jadhav of Gangapur police station.

He warned her not to disclose the incident to anybody.

However the girl's mother, on noticing some marks on her body, asked her, and reported the incident to the police later.
