Modi magic not working, BJP losing ground in Bihar, UP?
Bengaluru, Mar 24: Is BJP in danger of losing its support base in country?
The meeting of top brass of BJP and RSS convened at Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari's residence to discuss the present political situation, pointed to a gradual erosion in the party's support base in crucial states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

RSS in the meeting said that the party has lost his support base due to controversies over new land bill, conversion and issue related to government in Jammu and Kashmir.
Sangh leaders told key BJP leaders to consolidate Hindu votes to strengthen party in both states.
Sources say that Sangh leaders also pointed out of dissatisfaction and an element of demoralisation among the workers.
The meeting stressed the need of party to dispel the notion that it is anti-farmer, as it feels that the message of good governance of Modi government has not reached the masses.
Top RSS functionaries also asked the BJP leaders and top Union ministers to promote the good work being done by the Government.
