PM Narendra Modi greets nation on Ganesh Chaturthi

New Delhi, Aug 29: Prime Minister

on Friday greeted the nation on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

"On Ganesh Chaturthi, we bow to Lord Ganesh. May Lord Ganesh shower his blessings on us and enrich our lives with peace, joy and wisdom," the prime minister said in a tweet.

The whole country is soaking up the festivities on the ocassion of Ganesh Chathurthi. Narendra Modi on Friday launched the Jan Dhan Yojana.

The 'Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana', is an ambitious financial inclusion scheme under which the government intends to provide every household with a bank account and insurance cover, will be launched on August 28 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
